Yoga, pilates & (dance) Movement -or a combination- can be practiced both during working hours and during lunch breaks, focusing on three main pillars: ergonomics, movement & mental well-being.

In an accessible way, both posture and stress are addressed (yes, even children & adolescents experience some form of stress now!), so that each participant can resume (school) work relaxed & more clear after the session.

Different styles of yoga can be practiced. These include chair yoga, hatha yoga, yin or vinyasa yoga. Which form(s) we choose, depends on the needs or requirements at hand.

In addition, it is equally possible to introduce breathing sessions, meditations, pilates or dance classes into your corporate or school culture.

In terms of form, you can choose from different formulas. A workshop as team building or a weekly/monthly package, a customized program where you can choose which form of movement you prefer.
