Yoga, Pilates & (Dance) Movement can be offered during working hours or lunch breaks, focusing on three key pillars: ergonomics, movement, and mental well-being.

Each session targets posture and stress in an accessible way - even children and adolescents benefit from tools to reset and refocus.

Depending on your needs, we can work with chair yoga, hatha, yin, vinyasa, or a blend of movement styles.
We can also include breathwork, meditation, pilates, or dance.
